Service Terms
Last updated: 10 July 2026
These terms apply when you purchase or request a service from The Readiness Foundry. Please read the package description and these terms before paying.
Our services
We provide business-readiness, research, planning, presentation and editorial support. The deliverables and expected timetable are those stated in the package description or agreed with you in writing.
Service boundaries
We do not provide legal or immigration advice, assess visa eligibility, select immigration routes, determine whether evidence meets endorsement or immigration requirements, complete immigration applications or guarantee any endorsement, investment, commercial or immigration outcome.
Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and lawful information and materials.
- Respond reasonably promptly to questions needed to complete the work.
- Ensure that you have permission to share documents and third-party information with us.
- Review final materials carefully before relying on or presenting them.
Payment and booking
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is processed by Stripe. For services that include a meeting, access to booking is provided after successful payment. A booking is not confirmed until the scheduling platform sends confirmation.
Timetables and delays
Any delivery estimate depends on timely receipt of the information and feedback we need. We will tell you if circumstances materially affect the expected timetable.
Changes and additional work
Work outside the published or agreed scope—including additional documents, substantial rewriting or extra revision rounds—may require a revised timetable and additional fee. We will obtain your agreement before starting chargeable additional work.
Cancellations and statutory rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer, statutory cancellation rights may apply. If you ask us to begin providing a service during a statutory cancellation period, you may be required to pay for work supplied up to cancellation. The right to cancel may be lost once a service has been fully performed with your prior request and acknowledgement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Once the agreed fee is paid, you may use the final bespoke deliverables for your own business and professional purposes. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates and general know-how. You must not resell or publish our templates as standalone products without written permission.
No guarantee
Research, feedback and planning materials support decision-making but cannot guarantee commercial success, investment, approval, endorsement or any other third-party decision.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies you have under consumer law. We are not responsible for decisions made by third parties or for problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide. We do not guarantee investment, funding, endorsement, immigration or commercial outcomes.
Contact and complaints
Please contact complaints@thereadinessfoundry.co.uk if you have a complaint. We will aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and work toward a fair resolution.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you.
